Description
The Chestnut Inn in Sheffield is sponsoring this class and donating all proceeds to Freedom House! The first of two classes (the second one will be held on Aug. 25) features local/organic foods. Cost is $30 per person per class or $50 for both classes. The first class will feature Indian Trail Farm from Kewanee, certified natural growers of fantastic produce, particularly greens of all kinds, as well as Plow Creek Farm from Tiskilwa. Plow Creek is an organic farm specializing in berries, organic milled whole wheat flour, grass fed beef and more.
